Terms of Service

Orders & quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing on approved orders is locked at the time of approval. Once a quote is approved and production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Measurements

You are responsible for verifying every dimension and configuration before approving the quote. Doors built to the approved specifications are not eligible for return or replacement if they arrive as specified.

Materials & finish

Wood is a natural material. Color, grain, and figure will vary from piece to piece and may differ from samples. Stained colors may vary slightly based on the specific board.

Payment & shipping

Payment terms are agreed at quote approval. Shipping is quoted separately and is the responsibility of the customer. Title transfers at pickup or upon delivery to the carrier, whichever comes first.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for installation costs, lost wages, or consequential damages.
